Certificates of Origin

Some destinations require a Certificate of Origin (CO) for certain commodities. The purpose of the CO is to authenticate the country of origin of the merchandise being shipped. The commodity being exported and its destination determine if the CO is required.

The form that accompanies the shipment requires the authorized signature of the local Chamber of Commerce Director and the official seal of the Chamber. This is a service being offered by the Milton Chamber of Commerce. Members and non-members may utilize this service. The fee is reduced to $10 per Certificate of Origin for Chamber members.

Certificates of Origin can be verified anytime during regular business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday at
