Scholarship Fund
Since 1990, the Milton Chamber of Commerce has offered $1,000 scholarships to students attending their first year of post-secondary education; one for a student from each Milton high school including E.C. Drury for the Deaf, one for a high school student registered in an Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program and one for a son or daughter of a Chamber member.
The Chamber funds this program through the Scholarship Café at the Milton Farmers’ Market and through the Annual Sports Celebrity Dinner & Auction. Proceeds from these initiatives allow the Chamber to ensure an ongoing endowment fund for advancing post-secondary education in our community.
Applications forms are available at all Milton high schools as well as E.C. Drury for the Deaf and the Milton Chamber of Commerce. Forms can also be downloaded below.
The Milton Chamber of Commerce would like to thank the local high school guidance departments, the Region of Halton, Halton District School Board, Halton Catholic District School Board, Halton Industry Education Council, members of the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program initiative, and the Chamber Selection Committee for their assistance in this program.
