What is Magnet?
Magnet was developed as a technology-based service and social innovation to address the unemployment and under-employment of youth, newcomers to Canada, Indigenous peoples, persons with disabilities and other individuals facing barriers to employment.
Magnet customizes opportunity matching web portals for companies, government, community organizations, educators and employment agencies using its intelligent networking platform.
What is the Discover Ability Platform?

What is Magnet’s Export Business Portal?
The Magnet Export Business Portal, built with support from the Government of Ontario, helps businesses quickly find programs and services for which they are eligible. Magnet pro-actively curates and filtering current content from the Ontario Ministry of International Trade, Global Affairs Canada, Business Development Bank of Canada, and Export Development Canada.
