Is your business prepared?
Learn what your business needs to do in order to comply with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) which came into effect in 2005.

The AODA requires public and private sector organizations to comply with the standards in order to make Ontario accessible for people with disabilities. The requirements of the standards are being phased in between now and 2021, and vary based on your organization’s size (by number of employees) and whether your organization is in the public or private sector.

The deadline for small private sector employers to comply with the AODA is January 1, 2017. Failure to comply can result in orders, fines or penalties.
