Do you sometimes wonder how the people around you function? Are you confused by their behaviour and choices? Are you sometimes confused or frustrated about your own behaviour and choices?
This interactive workshop introduces the Four Tendencies framework related to how we respond to internal and external expectations. Based on the work of author Gretchen Rubin, this session will not only help you better understand yourself, but others as well. Discover your own tendency and how to work with it instead of against it, and learn tips and techniques for how to work well with those who have differing tendencies.
