Patrick Brooker, CPA,CGA, Principal The CFO Centre, has over 40 years experience covering the Financial Services Sector (TD), Transportation/Logistics (Loomis and Purolator Courier) and Corporate Travel (HRG plc). As Finance Executive(CFO, Director) he managed strategy development, acquisitions/divestitures, financial restructuring through LBO’s, MBO’s and IPO’s, business consolidation in Canada and the USA, project management, system integration and enhanced business reporting including SQI’s, and KPI’s all aligned to business strategy and goals. He has championed all aspects of Shared Services including Finance/Accounting, Facilities, Business Technology and Human Resources (achieved the Globe and Mail 50 Best Employers award) As a principal in The CFO Centre since 2012, he has assisted over 15 companies meet their growth objectives. “Measure what you can influence and change what you can measure.”
Karisa Downey (MPlan, Ec.D), Economic Development Officer for the Town of Milton bodes almost a decade of municipal Economic Development experience. Notable awards include being named one of Economic Development Council of Ontario’s Top 10 in 2021. Karisa’s role in Milton includes implementing the newly adopted Economic Development Strategy, and more specifically, focusing her efforts on the Supply Chain portfolio, which has been identified as one of four key sectors of focus for the Town.
James Forsyth is a Senior Manager with TD Commercial Banking with over 12 years of commercial banking experience. James currently manages the account manager team out of the Halton office servicing clients that borrow between $500k – $50MM and is responsible for leading the account manager team, managing operational and credit risk, credit adjudication, new business development, and local market management.
Arun Rebello is the National Manager for transportation and logistics for TD Bank. With over 18 years of retail and commercial banking experience he has focused the majority of his time in the Transportation industry. In his role he acts as subject matter expert to the Bank in all things Transportation. Simply put: Arun translates the transportation industry to the bank and banking to the transportation industry.
