The Advanced Manufacturing Supercluster (AMS) is one of five initiatives chosen by the federal government as part of the Innovation Superclusters in Canada initiative. AMS received $250M, with an additional $800M in private sector commitments.

In early 2019, NGen Canada will start seeking partners and projects to be funded.

The goal of the Milton, Oakville, Burlington and Halton Hills Chambers, in partnership with HalTech and Silicon Halton, is to make sure Halton companies know how to leverage opportunities in the Advanced Manufacturing Supercluster. The TechConnect Halton event will help identify how local businesses can get involved.

Attendance is by invitation only and is limited to approximately 200 people.
