Erin Caldwell steps into the role of Interim President & CEO of the Milton Chamber of Commerce as a longtime resident of Milton where she has lived, worked and raised her family. Complimented by her honours bachelor degree from Laurier and studies in finance and human resources management, Erin’s 20-year career has included roles within government and post-secondary education where she demonstrated her commitment to building trust between institutions and the communities they serve. Known for her diplomacy and sharp strategic thinking, Erin is an exceptional leader with a proven track record of delivering high-profile projects while managing cross-functional teams, engaging elected officials, and developing partnerships in support of economic prosperity.
