Todd Letts to Provide Interim President & CEO Services to the Milton Chamber

The Milton Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that Todd Letts is now providing President & CEO services to help ensure continuity and support the organization following Erin Caldwell’s departure to a new opportunity with Colleges Ontario and during Bianca Caramento’s parental leave.

Todd is a highly respected chamber professional and strategic advisor with more than 25 years of leadership experience in chambers of commerce and business associations. He has served as CEO of several chambers, including the Brampton Board of Trade and the Greater Kitchener Waterloo Chamber of Commerce, and is widely known for his expertise in chamber strategy, governance, advocacy, member value, and business community leadership. Todd has also worked with chambers across Ontario, Canada, and internationally as a consultant, facilitator, and trusted advisor.

In this role, Todd will help guide the Milton Chamber through an important period of continuity and progress, while supporting key priorities related to member service, events, advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and organizational leadership.

“I am very pleased to be supporting the Milton Chamber of Commerce at this important time,” said Todd Letts. “Milton is a fast-growing and highly dynamic business community, and I look forward to helping reduce friction for businesses, support growth, strengthen relationships, and ensure the Chamber continues to be a strong and constructive voice for local business.”

Board Chair Tanya Vakil Fernandes said Todd’s experience and past support to the Chamber made him a natural choice for the role.

“The Milton Chamber has called on Todd’s services in the past, and we know him to be a trusted advisor who understands chambers, boards, and business communities extremely well,” said Tanya Vakil Fernandes, Chair of the Board. “We are confident that his leadership and perspective will have a positive impact during this period and help us continue serving Milton’s business community with strength and focus.”

The Chamber looks forward to Todd’s contributions over the coming months as it continues to support local business success and advocate for a strong and competitive Milton economy.
